1. What information should I include in a food packaging RFQ?
Please include the product format, dimensions or capacity, preferred material, estimated order quantity, food application, destination market, packing preference, required documents and target delivery date. For customized products, also attach artwork, drawings, reference photos or an existing sample whenever available.
2. Which foodservice packaging products can you manufacture and supply?
We manufacture and supply six main product categories: bagasse tableware, paper food packaging, disposable cutlery, cups, lids and straws, disposable bamboo tableware, and napkins, tissues and paper towels. Available formats include food containers, plates, bowls, trays, cups, lids, cutlery, bags, cartons and foodservice tissue products.
3. Can I request samples before confirming a bulk order?
Yes. Standard samples can be arranged to help you evaluate dimensions, material, appearance, strength, lid fit, sealing compatibility and application performance. Customized printed samples, prototypes or newly developed products may require additional preparation time and sample charges.
4. Can you quote multiple product categories under one RFQ?
Yes. You can submit one sourcing brief covering multiple product categories or SKUs. We will evaluate each item according to its material, dimensions, application, annual volume, packing method and compliance requirements, while coordinating quotation, sampling and shipment planning where practical.
5. Do you support OEM, ODM and private-label food packaging?
Yes. Available customization may include product dimensions, colors, logo printing, sleeves, labels, inner packs, master cartons, retail-ready packaging, barcode placement and matched product sets. Mold or tooling development can also be evaluated for projects that cannot be completed with an existing product format.
6. What is the MOQ for standard and customized products?
MOQ depends on the product category, material, dimensions, production process, printing method and case-pack requirement. Existing standard products usually allow a more flexible starting quantity, while custom printing, special colors, new molds or retail packaging normally require a higher production quantity.
7. Which certifications and compliance documents can you provide?
Documentation is matched to the specific product, material and destination market rather than applied as one general certificate list. Depending on the SKU and project, the review package may include food-contact declarations, migration test reports, FDA-related documentation, EN 13432 or OK compost documentation, ASTM D6400 or D6868 evidence, PFAS statements, BRCGS records and other applicable quality or material documents.
8. How long do quotation, sampling and production preparation take?
Quotation speed depends largely on the completeness of the RFQ. Existing products can normally be evaluated faster, while custom artwork, printing, new dimensions, tooling, test-document review or special packing require additional confirmation. The quotation will state the applicable sample schedule and estimated production lead time.
9. Can you support high-volume and repeat procurement programs?
Yes. Our manufacturing platform includes 50 automated production lines and more than 600 self-developed production machines, with annual output exceeding 60,000 tons. For repeat programs, we can review forecast volume, order frequency, case packing, quality checkpoints, shipment schedules and documentation requirements before production planning.
10. What happens after I submit my food packaging inquiry?

We will then confirm any missing information and provide the appropriate product options, MOQ, quotation basis, sample arrangement, estimated lead time and available compliance documents.
