A Disposable Foodservice Packaging Manufacturer for Global Buyers

Xcellink EcoPack is a China-based direct manufacturer of disposable foodservice tableware and takeaway packaging for distributors, restaurant chains, food brands, importers and private-label buyers. Our manufacturing platform covers six major product categories, with each project developed around the application, material, structure, performance, packing method, documentation and destination market.

Business Model

Direct manufacturing, wholesale, OEM, ODM and private label.

Product Scope

Six foodservice packaging and paper-converting categories.

Shipment

Shenzhen Port or another agreed Chinese port.

Factory Scale, Equipment and Production Capacity

Our manufacturing platform combines automated forming, molding, paper converting, printing, bamboo processing, tissue converting, packing and inspection capabilities across multiple foodservice packaging categories.

Different products are managed through different manufacturing routes. Molded bagasse tableware, paper packaging, cutlery, beverage cups, bamboo products and tissue products are not treated as one interchangeable process.

Raw-material control

Material route and composition are reviewed before quotation and production.

Automated repeatability

Equipment and controls are selected for the product structure and approved quality criteria.

Export preparation

Packing, carton, pallet and loading requirements can be reviewed before mass production.

Manufacturing Infrastructure

Forming and Molding

Molded-fibre forming, thermoforming and injection molding are assigned according to the selected material and finished product.

Converting and Printing

Paperboard converting, cutting, forming, printing and surface or barrier processes are confirmed by product construction.

Packing and Assembly

Bulk packing, individual wrapping, kit assembly, retail packs, private-label cartons and export marks can be built into the approved specification.

Process Control

Quality management covers R&D, production, sales, logistics, after-sales support and service management.

Capacity is confirmed by product—not assumed from company totals.

Product-specific equipment allocation, daily capacity, MOQ and lead time depend on the SKU, material, printing, packing format, customization scope and current schedule.

Six Product Platforms Under One Direct Manufacturing System

Buyers can develop coordinated product, matching-component and private-label programs across six major categories while keeping each material and manufacturing route correctly separated.

Different materials require different controls

Performance, food-contact, compostability and sustainability conclusions are not transferred automatically between materials or finished products.

Sugarcane Bagasse Tableware

Clamshell boxes, food containers, plates, bowls, trays and sauce cups.

Key controls

Dimensions, molded weight, compartment configuration, lid structure, heat, oil and leakage requirements.

Paper Food Packaging

Pizza boxes, paper bowls, food boxes, buckets, bags and food trays.

Key controls

Paperboard structure, barrier, food profile, grease and moisture load, printing, closure and holding time.

Disposable Cutlery

Forks, spoons, knives, sporks, tasting spoons and cutlery sets.

Key controls

Material system, length, unit weight, thickness, geometry, serving temperature and wrapping format.

Cups, Lids and Straws

Paper cups, PET cold cups, PP cups, cup lids, paper straws and plastic straws.

Key controls

Capacity, rim diameter, fit tolerance, wall structure, beverage temperature, lid profile and sealing compatibility.

Disposable Bamboo Tableware

Bamboo plates, bowls, trays and cutlery.

Key controls

Material route, dimensions, moisture, surface treatment, burr control, branding and packing.

Napkins, Tissues and Paper Towels

Paper napkins, facial tissue, toilet paper, pocket tissues and kitchen paper towels.

Key controls

Fibre, ply, GSM, sheet size, folding, embossing, count, absorbency, roll and retail-pack configuration.

Product Development Built Around the Foodservice Application

We do not treat a catalogue name as a complete production specification. Before sampling and production, each project is reviewed around the actual food or beverage application, material, dimensions, structure, performance, matching components, packing and destination-market requirements.

One approved SKU-level specification

Samples, artwork, colours, structures, matching components, pack quantities, labels and cartons are reviewed against the same approved specification used for mass production.

Approved Procurement Specification

Variables defined before production

Result

A production-ready brief that gives sampling, quotation, quality inspection and shipment preparation the same reference point.

OEM, ODM and Private-Label Manufacturing Capabilities

Xcellink EcoPack supports standard wholesale products, OEM modifications, ODM development and complete private-label packaging programs according to the product, projected order volume and confirmed manufacturing feasibility.

Customization can extend beyond a logo. We review whether product dimensions, structure, material, components, wrapping, retail presentation and export cartons should be developed as one coordinated commercial program.

01

Product Configuration

Dimensions, capacity, shape, compartment layout, lid or closure structure and matching components.

02

Material and Appearance

Material route, colour, surface appearance, printing, embossing, laser marking or other feasible branding.

03

Pack Development

Bulk packs, individual wrapping, sleeves, bags, kits, retail boxes, display packs and private-label cartons.

04

Tooling and Samples

New molds, printing plates, cutting dies, structures and customized samples are evaluated separately.

Customization is divided by development level

Artwork or packing changes can follow a different MOQ, cost and lead time from a new product structure or mold-development project.

Quality Control from Requirement Review to Container Loading

Quality control is built into requirement review, material confirmation, sampling, production, packing and loading rather than applied only after finished products have been completed.

Inspection criteria are selected for the actual product. A bagasse container, paper cup, cutlery set, bamboo tray and kitchen paper towel do not use the same inspection checklist.

Matching components are reviewed as a system

Cup-and-lid, container-and-lid, straw-and-sealing, or cutlery-and-wrapper combinations should be checked together instead of relying only on separate nominal specifications.

1

RFQ and Application Review

Review the product format, application, market, estimated volume and commercial target.

2

Specification and Sample Approval

Confirm material, structure, dimensions, sample, artwork, colours, components and packing.

3

Material and First-Piece Inspection

Check incoming materials and verify the first production output against the approved reference.

4

In-Process and Finished-Product Inspection

Apply product-specific checks during production and finished-product sampling.

5

Packing and Carton Control

Verify pack quantities, labels, shipping marks, carton condition and agreed export configuration.

6

Loading, Records and Corrective Action

Coordinate loading checks, shipment records, quality feedback and corrective-action follow-up where required.

Documentation Matched to Each Product and Destination Market

Compliance and sustainability statements are reviewed according to the material, finished SKU, manufacturing scope, intended use and destination market. Documentation availability is confirmed before order approval.

Certificates Displayed with Scope

BRCGS and other certificates should be presented with the certificate holder, manufacturing site, applicable standard, validity period and covered product scope.

Evidence-Based Claims

Recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, plastic-free, PFAS-free and microwave-safe claims are used only where the selected SKU, intended use and supporting evidence justify them.

A certificate for a raw material or similar product is not automatically treated as evidence for every colour, thickness, formulation, production site or finished SKU.
